This is a client/server application composed of a thin-client POS terminal which is controlled by a PC server via an Ethernet connection. The PC server in turn communicates with a host process and electronic cash registers via TCP/IP connections.

The form definitions are created on the PC and then transferred to a point of service terminal for printing with each purchase. The application shows the user exactly how the printed card will appear.
